When I practice a “Tao run” (running with a still mind), I purposely create a “space” in my mind that enables to experience this “leap in consciousness”. It often leads me to “Aha moments” or to find solutions to complex problems that my rational mind would not have found alone. You can learn to do it as well…
“Tao of running” approach enables to “slow down” your mind while running. This drastically improves and deepens your running experience (more joy, peace, connection with yourself, connection with nature … ) but ultimately it changes the way you deal with your day to day life for the “better”.
